"Saltbush is just what Emerald needed - a fancy restaurant but not a stuffy one. The natural oysters were so fresh. And the crab pasta was to die for. And the best tiramisu ever!! Wonderful service too. Great for all occasions - big or small"

"Saltbush was amazing! We went with a group of about 8 people and all got the Feed Me Chef special, it was delicious and so much fun! They brought out plenty of each of the courses - great portions and lots of food. I loved sharing and getting a little taste of everything. My favorite parts were the steak, crispy garlic potatoes, the stuffed zucchini flowers, and the scallops, but honestly everything was so tasty. The wine and cocktails were delicious as well. Fun, laid back and a great vibe. We will come back again for sure!"
